Week 3: Famous Last Words

I didn’t think it would happen so soon, but this week was absolutely awful. I didn’t get a couple of assignments done for this class and I feel really bad, but this week was the worst. I got my paycheck, only to realize that I still literally have no money. I’m going to have to donate plasma so that I can buy Ramen and veggies (but I’m vegan so I can’t eat the flavoring packet that comes with the Ramen; hence the veggies). It just really sucks, and hours have been really hard to come by so my next paycheck is going to be even smaller.
Aside from my ever-present money issues, I got a flat tire this week. A couple of my friends and I did change it, of which I’m quite proud, but it’s only a bubble tire and so I still need to get a new tire. On top of that, the very next day after that incident, my car was dead. We got it jumped, but what next? Honestly. Then, practically a whole street of houses are getting new roofing so I can barely sleep, and my dog keeps jumping our backyard fence and running away. And my roommate says she’s stressed and having a bad week. Puh-lease. I am so done with this week.
I can’t vouch for any of my writing this week, but I did complete my treatment for my TV writing class. I’m really excited for it and can’t wait to see what my classmates have for me. I think it’s going to be really good! (assuming I can write it how I’m visualizing it in my head)

But I’m keeping my head up, even though I’m really nervous for this upcoming week. I’m going to be fine, and I’m going to write awesome things for my all my classes and I will not miss assignment due dates! This is going to be my mantra.
